The desk writes a finished Pick Memo: why now, thesis, catalysts, risks, valuation stubs, claim ledger with CONFIRMED/RUMOR/THEORY, confidence 1–5 (research-fit only), invalidation, and optional size suggestion from your risk %. You place your own trades. Not an RIA; no broker keys; no pump.

How install works
Two rails. The paid zip is the Foundry deliverable. A public Grok Bot template is optional when we publish one — it requires the Grok Bot app/plan and does not replace checkout.
