Brief Counsel
For small-business operators reviewing vendor or customer contracts before a lawyer. Installable teammate turns each pasted draft into a Risk Brief: contract header, HIGH/MED/LOW clause flags with evidence quotes, redline issues in reading order, numbered questions for counsel, and a missing-terms list. Pre-counsel first-pass only—not a lawyer, not representation, no “fine to sign.”

How install works
Two rails. The paid zip is the Foundry deliverable. A public Grok Bot template is optional when we publish one — it requires the Grok Bot app/plan and does not replace checkout.
